Most homes of this style do not include the doubleattached garage, allowing for only an uncovered, outside, rear parking pad off a lane, street parking, or sometimes a smaller single. These days, adding a garage to your property can incur costs up to $50,000 extra, out-of-pocket expense.
  • At Aurora in Legacy, you get a full size, double car, attached garage, with a poured concrete driveway, step, and sidewalk, INCLUDED, to keep your car(s) and belongings safe and protected.
